About Us

For more than 18 years, SNF Dental Care has specialized in mobile dental care for skilled nursing facilities and special needs populations. Our licensed teams treat residents where they live, so routine care no longer depends on a difficult trip to an outside office.
We work alongside administrators, nursing teams, and social workers to build dental assessments into resident intake and care coordination — helping you identify who needs care, organize documentation and referrals, and keep residents and families informed.
Geriatric & Special Needs
Licensed dental professionals and certified X-ray technicians experienced with limited mobility, cognitive impairment, and complex medical conditions.
Emergency Care
Urgent dental needs are handled promptly by our own team, with oral surgery available at our care centers.
Denture Program
Up to 6 complimentary dentures every year with a localized 2–4 week turnaround from our lab.
